Shipping/Receiving
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions to size of box in some countries. Within the United States mainland we ship UPS or USPS. Other destinations are usually USPS.
Your quilt will be returned to you insured. The postage will be added to your final invoice. Once it leaves our shop, you will be responsible for any delivery issues with the carrier. We are happy to help when we can but at the destination is much better at getting resolution, though it is rarely needed.
Prior to shipping memory quilt items- your items must be washed and dried w/o any fabric softener or dryer sheets
PLEASE DO NOT CUT ANY OF THE SHIRTS ETC- if already cut we will work with you

When we receive your box we will check it in and let you know it has been received and an est. completion date and price. You will need to pay the 50% deposit at this time. If your project is a memory quilt we are happy to call you after we have seen the shirts, t-shirts, trousers, pj pants, curtains or really anything fabric to discuss your project. Returning the quilt to you-
You will be sent a picture of the finished quilt for your approval and final payment. After payment is received, we will ship your quilt to you!
